Preserving heritage while embracing progress, Insight worked in collaboration with local Architects to retain the timeless aspects of this Bathurst landmark’s character.

The building, extended by 450 sqm to become an 850 sqm space, underwent a complete re-design internally & externally. Upgrades included; complete re-design of building services, new accessible access, landscaping, infrastructure upgrades, a new roof & a new office fit out.

northern sydney dermatology & laser

Completed in 2021

Northern Sydney Dermatology & Laser, a valued client of Insight Projects, embarked on a journey to expand their operations and enhance visibility. Seeking a new home, Insight identified two adjacent spaces within a brand-new development on the bustling Strathallen Avenue, Northbridge- a prime location for Northern Sydney Dermatology & Laser.

To ensure a seamless integration, Insight conducted an insightful spatial planning process. The result, over 25 dermatology suites spread across two tenancies, two sterilising rooms, tea & breakout facilities, staff & patient amenities, and two reception & waiting areas. Northern Sydney Dermatology & Laser has set a new standard for patient comfort and medical excellence in Australia.

Temporary training & office facilities for Cricket NSW staff & players.

This 1500sqm project comprised of a double level office fit, players gym, breakout & players lounge, male, female & accessible amenities, rehabilitation room & 6 cricket nets.
